  • Billing and Collection of HOA dues
  • Managing all TOA monetary accounts/funds
  • Payment of HOA bills
  • Processing Architectural Change Requests
  • HOA Compliance issues
  • Managing HOA vendor related work/services
  • Fulfilling directives from the TOA Board of Directors
